Contouring and highlighting HOW TO!

Contouring can make or break your make up game! When I first started noticing this fad, I thought it was silly and that it didn't make a difference in your makeup. I ONLY figured out how to do it because I worked at a salon and did make up for weddings and events. Now, I can't live without it!

How to highlight:

Step 1: You want to start out with your lightest concealer, draw a triangle under your eye using a concealer brush. I personally use an eyeshadow C brush.

Step 2: Take more concealer 0 and draw a triangle under your lips right at your chin

Step 3: Draw a straight line up the middle of your nose

Step 4: Draw an arrow in the middle of your forehead

Blend out with a blender sponge or stipple brush

How to Contour:

Step 1: Start at your cheek bone closest to your ear, this part should be darker than the next step.

Step 2: Follow your cheek bone down about an inch away from your mouth.

Step 3: Draw a line down both sides of your nose

Step 4: At your forehead line, start at the middle of your eyebrow and draw a line across the top of your forehead to the next eyebrow!

Blend blend blend

You can also use a bronzer to contour! My favorite contouring method- using bronzer! My favorite is LimeLife by Alcones bronzer #1. It's got some shimmer too! Highlighting and contouring make a huge difference in the shape of your face. It gives you a slimmer appearance and the highlighting makes you look brighter and more awake throughout the day. This is for ANYONE! So, give it a try!
